Restaurateur Franz Schurtl's restaurant was formerly known as "flax", but has been run under the name "zum franz" since December 2023.
Franz - a passionate restaurant owner - and his team look forward to pampering you in the usual cozy atmosphere in the village center of Kaltenbach.
